The 2020 Pocket Scrum Guide

The Scrum Guide™ is the The Definitive Guide to Scrum, developed and sustained by the founders of Scrum – Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland. It contains the definition of Scrum, including roles, events, artifacts, and the rules that bind them together.

Our pocket sized book is based on the 2020 edition and has been faithfully reproduced for print by agile practitioner Simon Gibbs, co-founder of Agile Stationery.

The guide is available in a convenient and compact A6 size as a perfect bound booklet.

Richer Retrospectives by Laurence Wood

Establishing what behaviours you want to see is often complex. Stamping out negative behaviour and encouraging more positive behaviour can both be wrong. Sometimes there is an optimum amount of useful behaviour before it causes a problem. For instance, overlapping between roles and covering each other's work is helpful when there is illness, emergencies or holidays to take, but specialisation also drives efficiency.

Richer Retrospectives is a great way to help scrum teams continuously refine their behaviours to ensure they are behaving in the optimum way to get work done in their particular context.
